Sanan Optoelectronics has achieved remarkable results in its capacity layout in multiple locations

Currently, Sanan Optoelectronics is simultaneously promoting the layout of production capacity in multiple locations. Hunan Sanan currently has a monthly production capacity of 16,000 6-inch silicon carbide substrates, and an 8-inch substrate and epitaxial production capacity of 1,000 pieces/month. The supporting chip equipment is being debugged; Suzhou Sko Semiconductor, a joint venture with Ideal Auto, has completed the verification of its full-bridge power module and will start mass production in 2025.
