Beijing Yizhuang New Town releases new land plot planning scheme

On March 13, the Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of the Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission issued a public notice on the "Comprehensive Implementation Plan for the Planning of Plots 0110 and 0111 in YZ00-0606 Street, Yizhuang New Town" on March 11. The land is located in the core area of ​​Yizhuang New Town, adjacent to the Xiaomi Phase II project to the west. The planned land use is a Class I industrial land with a land area of ​​approximately 52 hectares, a floor area ratio of 1.0, a building height of 60 meters, and a greening rate of 15%. Since the Xiaomi Auto Phase II factory project is located in Plot 0106, YZ00-0606 Street, Yizhuang New Town, and is adjacent to the Xiaomi Auto Phase I factory that has been put into operation, the outside world speculates that this is the land for the third phase of the Xiaomi Auto factory.
