Zhuhai Guanyu Group completed a strategic capital increase of RMB 900 million to strengthen its competitiveness in the new energy sector

Zhejiang Guanyu Battery Co., Ltd. (Guanyu Power), a subsidiary of Zhuhai Guanyu Group, recently completed a strategic capital increase of RMB 900 million, increasing its registered capital to approximately RMB 2.3 billion. The capital increase was jointly completed by Zhuhai Guanyu Group and a number of professional external investment institutions, including Zhejiang Jiazhuang High-end Equipment Industry Fund, Jiaxing Yunbai Fund, Hangzhou Haoyue Fund and Haiyan Yunhao Zhenxuan Fund. After the capital increase, Zhejiang Guanyu is still a holding subsidiary of Zhuhai Guanyu Group.
