Lingming Photonics releases the world's highest resolution solid-state lidar SPAD chip

Lingming Photonics' wholly-owned Shanghai subsidiary, Shanghai Lingfang Technology Co., Ltd. ("Lingfang Technology"), showcased its world's highest resolution solid-state laser radar SPAD chip at the "Creation in Shanghai" International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. The chip integrates 440,000 single-photon detectors, achieving 440,000 high pixels, and has the dual functions of camera and laser radar, while reducing the cost from thousands of yuan to hundreds of yuan.
