Xiaomi Motors Yizhuang Phase I Project Super Die Casting Workshop

The super die-casting workshop of Xiaomi Auto Yizhuang Phase I project has two sets of 9100T super large die-casting island clusters. The workshop adopts Xiaomi's full-stack self-developed technology, and controls a total of 430 process parameters through 9 major processes and more than 60 equipment, which can achieve full automation. The integrated die-cast rear floor is die-casted by Xiaomi's self-developed Titan alloy. The rear floor that originally required 72 parts to assemble on traditional cars is "72-in-1" here, die-casting in one time, which is very efficient, and the yield rate can reach 95%.
