Xiaomi Motors establishes R&D center in Munich, Germany

According to the latest news, Xiaomi Auto is building a research and development center in Munich, Germany, which is also the headquarters of many European luxury car companies, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Audi. At the same time, Xiaomi Auto is also actively recruiting senior managers, operations personnel and vehicle/chassis engineers in Munich to localize and adapt to overseas markets and provide guarantees for the construction of the research and development center. To support this strategy, Xiaomi Auto has successfully poached two veterans of the German automotive industry, former Ferrari aerodynamics engineer Rickard Aiguabella Macao and former BMW automotive engineer Rudolf Dietrich.
