Leapmotor encounters massive user complaints

Recently, Leapmotor has received a large number of complaints from users due to product quality issues. The main problems reported by users include unstable high-speed driving, many abnormal noises, design defects of automatic parking and exit functions, system prompts interrupting music playback, poor LCC user experience, different OTA treatments for new and old models, and differences in charges for the intelligent driving system. In addition, there are also user complaints about charging, motor output power, OTA, and car computers of Leapmotor C11 and Leapmotor C16. At present, Leapmotor has not made a public response to this.
