Wei Jianjun, Chairman of Great Wall Motors, test drives his own heavy-duty semi-trailer

Wei Jianjun, chairman of the board of directors of Great Wall Motors, recently released a video showing him test-driving a heavy-duty semi-trailer produced by his company. Wei Jianjun said that the heavy-duty truck is easy to operate, easy to steer, and the ride is similar to that of a family car. He also said that if he had the opportunity, he would try to drive the vehicle to carry cargo. Equipped with Great Wall's self-developed Hi4-G hybrid architecture, Great Wall's heavy-duty trucks have not only improved in terms of vehicle technology and comfort compared to traditional fuel heavy-duty trucks on the market, but have also been greatly improved in fuel consumption and power performance. The Hi4-G hybrid system can achieve at least 15%-25% reduction in fuel consumption compared to traditional heavy-duty trucks.
