Apple plans to produce AirPods at Foxconn plant in Hyderabad, India

According to insiders, Apple plans to start producing AirPods at the Foxconn plant in Hyderabad, India, from April to meet export demand. Foxconn approved a $400 million investment in August 2023 to build the plant. Currently, the plant has begun trial production of AirPods, and it is expected that full-scale production will be achieved shortly after the official start of production.
