NIO launches "Basic Business Unit" mechanism to improve organizational effectiveness

NIO recently launched a new mechanism called "Cell Business Unit" (CBU) to improve organizational effectiveness and achieve business goals. The mechanism divides all the company's business activities into multiple independent "basic business units" and sets clear ROI (return on investment) indicators and strict performance reward and punishment rules for each unit.
