Yangjie Technology recently announced that its silicon carbide MOSFET products have successfully entered the supply chain of Xiaomi and BYD, and plans to complete the mass production of domestically produced main drive silicon carbide modules in vehicles within this year. The company expects that the revenue of SiC business will exceed 1 billion yuan in the next three years.
