ZF's passive safety systems business attracts multiple bids

Several buyers, including automotive supplier Adient, have expressed interest in acquiring ZF Lifetec, the airbag and seatbelt business unit of ZF Friedrichshafen AG. The sale of ZF Lifetec is expected to fetch a valuation of several billion euros.
