General Motors hires first chief AI officer

General Motors recently hired former Cisco and Google executive Barak Turovsky as the company's first Chief AI Officer to further accelerate the implementation of AI in all aspects of the company. GM also announced that it will integrate Nvidia's Drive AGX platform into future advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
