SK Hynix releases the world's first 12-layer sample of the sixth-generation high-bandwidth memory HBM4

SK Hynix announced their new product, the world's first 12-layer sample of the sixth-generation High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) HBM4, on March 19. This new ultra-high-performance DRAM HBM4 12-layer sample has been provided to major customers. SK Hynix expects to complete mass production of HBM4 12-layer products in the second half of this year and start supplying them to consolidate their position in the next-generation AI memory market.
