Ruihu Mould plans to issue convertible bonds to raise 880 million yuan to expand new energy vehicle business

Ruihu Mould announced plans to issue convertible bonds to raise no more than 880 million yuan for investment in new energy vehicle related projects and to supplement working capital. The funds will be mainly used for three key projects, including the new energy vehicle integrated die-casting body intelligent manufacturing project, the new energy vehicle lightweight body assembly project and the intelligent robot and intelligent manufacturing system overall solution research and development and industrialization project.
