BYD's Hungarian plant faces EU investigation

The EU reportedly plans to investigate BYD's factory in Hungary because the EU suspects that BYD's Hungarian factory has received "unfair" subsidies from outside the EU. If the investigation confirms this, BYD may face the risk of selling factory assets, reducing production capacity, returning subsidies, and being fined.
