Swedish driverless truck startup Einride is discussing plans with banks to go public on the U.S. stock market later this year. Einride, whose major shareholders include private equity firm EQT and U.S. investment management company Capital Group, could go public as early as this fall, according to people familiar with the matter. The company is also seeking to raise at least $200 million in a round of financing before its IPO. The financing could value Einride at $3 billion, up from its previous valuation of $1.1 billion.
