Group A is about to complete the acquisition of Guangzhou Japanese sponge foaming manufacturer Company B

According to multiple sources, the domestic giant sponge foam manufacturer Group A has entered the final stage of acquiring Guangzhou Japanese sponge foam manufacturer Company B, and the transaction is expected to be officially completed at the end of this month. Company B was established in 2001 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a Japanese company in China. It mainly produces high-resilience polyurethane sponge foam products with an annual production capacity of about 500,000 sets. The products are mainly used in the full range of GAC Honda models, and some models of Nissan and GAC Passenger Vehicle Group.
