Automakers move inventory across U.S. border in response to tariff threats

Automakers are taking steps to prepare for the looming U.S. tariffs. Honda, for example, is trying to frontload shipments from Mexico and Canada, while Chrysler and Jeep parent Stellantis said it is moving inventory across the U.S.-Mexico border to its U.S. plants.
