Review of Sohang New Energy's IPO History

According to the prospectus of Shouhang New Energy, the company's revenue from 2021 to the first half of 2024 was 1.82 billion yuan, 4.45 billion yuan, 3.74 billion yuan and 1.469 billion yuan, respectively, and its non-net profit was 260 million yuan, 840 million yuan, 300 million yuan and 120 million yuan, respectively. The company's main revenue comes from overseas, with overseas revenue accounting for 88%, 89.6%, 75.5% and 83% from 2021 to the first half of 2024, respectively. However, as the demand for energy storage and photovoltaics in overseas markets has gradually saturated, the company's benefits have been affected.
