Bosch files lawsuit against brake-by-wire company Nasen Technology

Bosch, a world-leading Tier 1 supplier, has filed a lawsuit against brake-by-wire company Nason Technology. Nason Technology was once hailed as a potential rising star in China to challenge Bosch, Continental, and ZF. Bosch has filed five trial applications, all of which involve infringement of invention patents, and the trial is expected to begin on April 28, 2025.
