LG Energy Solution and Delta Electronics collaborate to expand U.S. residential energy storage system market

LG Energy Solution has reached a strategic cooperation with Taiwanese electronics manufacturer Delta Electronics to jointly develop the residential energy storage system (ESS) market in the United States. LG Energy Solution plans to provide a total of 4 GWh of residential energy storage system batteries in the next decade, enough to meet the daily electricity needs of more than 400,000 households. These batteries will be produced in the United States.
