SMIC 2024 financial report released

SMIC released its 2024 annual report on the evening of March 27. The report shows that the company's revenue last year reached 57.796 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 27.7%. However, the net profit attributable to the parent company was 3.699 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 23.3%. This is the second consecutive year that its net profit attributable to the parent company has declined. In addition, the company's gross profit margin is 18% and its capacity utilization rate is 85.6%. As of the end of 2024, the company's total assets are approximately 353.4 billion yuan, equivalent to an 8-inch standard logic monthly production capacity of 948,000 pieces.
