Guoxuan High-tech Co., Ltd. recently issued an announcement, announcing that it has signed external guarantee contracts with a number of financial institutions to provide financing credit guarantees for its wholly-owned or controlled subsidiaries. The guarantee amount ranges from 70 million yuan to 514 million yuan, and the total guarantee amount exceeds 3 billion yuan. As of March 20, the actual total external guarantee amount of Guoxuan High-tech and its controlled subsidiaries totaled 78.011 billion yuan, and the total guarantee balance was 47.856 billion yuan.
