Fulin Precision cooperates with CATL to enter the field of intelligent robots

Fulin Precision and its subsidiary Jiangxi Shenghua recently signed a cooperation agreement with CATL, and the two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in multiple fields such as lithium iron phosphate material research, production capacity construction and intelligent robots. Through this cooperation, CATL will subscribe to the newly added registered capital of Jiangxi Shenghua for RMB 400 million, thereby obtaining 18.74% of the shares.
