Wayve, a British AI company, has launched a new generation of generative world model GAIA-2, which specializes in autonomous driving training and safety verification. The model achieves spatiotemporal consistency among multiple cameras, can accurately control vehicle trajectories, road structures and weather conditions, and generate extreme driving scenarios with 8 cameras synchronized. Based on real vehicle data training from the UK, the US and Germany, it supports batch manufacturing of long-tail risks such as tree collisions with a probability of only 0.064% in real road tests.
