Volkswagen considers listing of MAN Energy Solutions

Volkswagen is exploring the possibility of listing its MAN Energy Solutions, which is in line with its strategic direction. Although MAN's truck business has become part of the Traton Group together with Scania, the engine business unit still belongs to the Volkswagen Group. The company focuses on stationary and marine engines, has about 14,000 employees, sales of about 4.3 billion euros in 2024, and achieved an operating profit of 337 million euros.
