NIO Energy and Changsha Oriental Digital Intelligence signed a cooperation agreement

On April 1, 2025, Changsha Weiran Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of NIO Energy, and Hunan Dongfang Digital Intelligence Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongfang Digital Intelligence"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changsha Economic Development Group, signed a cooperation agreement in Changsha. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of new energy vehicle charging and swapping infrastructure construction, smart energy management systems, and virtual power plant access. It is planned to jointly build 100 integrated energy stations with "solar storage, charging and swapping".
