According to the National Development and Reform Commission, from January to February, more than 1.07 million vehicles were traded in for new ones, driving new car sales to 116.5 billion yuan; domestic passenger car retail sales increased by 1.2% year-on-year, with a significant year-on-year increase of 26% in February.
