Leapmotor C16 model suspended from import into Uzbekistan due to non-compliance with R10 standards

According to an announcement issued by the Technical Regulatory Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the import of the M1 model C16 of China's Leapmotor into the Uzbek market was suspended because it did not meet the technical requirements of the United Nations Regulation No. 10. The decision was made because the Uzbek Customs found in a spot check that the Leapmotor C16 model did not meet the mandatory provisions of Article 44 of Appendix 3 of the General Technical Regulations on Wheeled Vehicle Safety regarding the R10 standard.
