Croatian supercar maker Rimac to buy Porsche's stake in joint venture

According to insiders, Croatian supercar maker Rimac is considering acquiring Porsche's stake in its joint venture Bugatti-Rimac. Rimac has made a preliminary offer for Porsche's 45% stake, valuing the joint venture at more than 1 billion euros. Rimac may seek cooperation with other investors. At present, the relevant discussions are still in the early stages and may not ultimately reach a deal.
