Tesla's first batch of "giant power banks" from Shanghai Energy Storage Super Factory exported to Australia

Tesla's energy storage super factory in Lingang New Area made new progress on March 21, one month after it was put into operation: the first batch of "giant power banks" Megapack energy storage systems made in Shanghai have been exported to Australia. Tesla said that the Shanghai energy storage super factory is gradually increasing its production capacity, and the Megapack energy storage systems produced in the future will be supplied to the domestic and Asia-Pacific markets. Currently, Tesla has established an energy storage super factory in Lathrop, the United States and Shanghai, China, with a planned annual total production capacity of 80 GWh, which can meet the annual electricity needs of 10 million households.
