Italian car market to grow by March 2025

In March 2025, the Italian new car market achieved a year-on-year growth of 6.2%, with sales reaching 172,223 units, ending the sluggish trend at the beginning of the year. Although the cumulative sales this year still fell by 1.6% to 443,906 units. In the brand competition, Fiat maintained its leading position, while the Chinese brand MG entered the top ten for the first time, with sales increasing by 65.8%. In terms of model sales, Fiat Panda ranked first, and Chinese models such as MG ZS and BYD Seal U performed well.
