Lemon Photonics Technology established a semiconductor laser chip manufacturing project in Nantong, Jiangsu

Shenzhen Lemon Photonics Technology Co., Ltd. (Lemon Photonics) recently signed an agreement with the North High-tech Zone of Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, to set up its semiconductor laser chip manufacturing project here. The project aims to develop and sell a new generation of semiconductor laser chips and modules, with an estimated total investment of RMB 100 million, cumulative sales of more than RMB 340 million and tax revenue of more than RMB 18 million within five years.
