Three ministries propose countermeasures to deal with the "involution" of the automobile industry

Faced with the dilemma of "involution" in the auto industry, the three ministries proposed some countermeasures, including implementing price monitoring, promoting strategic restructuring of central enterprises, and suggesting that technological innovation shift from the "application layer" to the "bottom layer", in order to break the "involution" model that has become a chain.
