All-solid-state batteries are expected to be industrialized in 2027

According to the prediction of Ouyang Minggao, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the industrialization of all-solid-state batteries will begin in 2027-2028, with the goal of achieving large-scale industrialization in 2030, and the energy density will reach 400Wh/kg. Between 2030 and 2035, all-solid-state batteries for vehicles with an energy density of 500Wh/kg will also be mass-produced.
