Continental AG strategically restructures, ContiTech business operates independently

Continental has decided to make ContiTech an independent subsidiary and plans to sell it. This move is to build Continental into a global enterprise focused on the tire business. ContiTech will become an independent company specializing in providing material solutions for the industrial field.
