Ecarx Technology expands share repurchase program

Ecarx Technology, a global mobility technology company, announced that its board of directors has approved an increase of $20 million in share repurchase authorization and extended the repurchase period to March 31, 2026. Ecarx Technology has cooperated with many automakers including Volkswagen Group, FAW Group, Geely Galaxy, Lynk & Co, Lotus Sports Car, Volvo Cars, Zhimada, Polestar, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen, Changan Mazda, etc., and its technology products have been successfully installed on more than 8.1 million vehicles worldwide.
