Amazon founder Jeff Bezos invests in electric car startup Slate Auto

Amazon's founder is reportedly funding a mysterious electric car startup called Slate Auto. The company is based in Michigan, USA, and is expected to start production as early as next year. It is reported that Bezos' family office is associated with Slate. Slate was incubated by Re:Build Manufacturing, another company associated with Bezos, and has been operating in a low-profile manner since 2022.
