NIO announced that Shen Hong, the former head of User Relations (UR), resigned for personal reasons. The position was taken over by Sun Ming, the former general manager of NIO Shanghai Regional Company, who reported to Senior Vice President Wei Jian. At the same time, Xia Qinghua was appointed as the general manager of NIO Shanghai Regional Company and reports to the company's president Qin Lihong.
