Foxconn releases global electric vehicle deployment plan

Foxconn (Hon Hai Precision Industry) detailed its global electric vehicle layout plan at a press conference in Tokyo on April 9, 2025, and announced that it will launch two pure electric models for the US market. The two cars are the Model C mid-size pure electric SUV and the Model D crossover-style multi-purpose vehicle. The Model C has been put into production in Taiwan in December 2023 and is listed under the name Luxgen N7. The Model D is expected to land in the United States in 2027.
