Lucid Motors successfully acquires certain assets of Nikola Motors and provides more than 300 jobs

Electric car maker Lucid Motors has successfully acquired some assets from bankrupt Nikola Motors, including its Arizona factory. The transaction will provide jobs for more than 300 employees of Nikola, a maker of electric and hydrogen-powered trucks that declared bankruptcy earlier this year after a turbulent few years.
