Car companies’ core requirements for cloud services

Li Qiang, vice president of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Group, said that currently automakers have three core requirements for cloud services: first, to have an ultimate world-class cloud platform to implement AI intelligence; second, to provide open source models suitable for automotive applications; and third, to have abundant heterogeneous global intelligent computing power, including dual guarantees of foreign and domestic GPU computing power. Li Qiang emphasized that Alibaba Cloud is confident that it will accompany automakers into the new world of AI.
