Kia plans to produce hybrid vehicles in the U.S., with EV6 and EV9 in full production in the U.S.

Kia Motors plans to produce hybrid vehicles at Hyundai Motor's new plant in Georgia, the United States, starting in mid-2026. Kia EV6 and EV9 have been fully put into production at the U.S. plant, which is expected to further promote the growth of Kia's electric vehicle sales. In the U.S. market, Kia has set sales records for six consecutive months. In the first quarter of this year, sales were close to 200,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 10.7%, the best first quarter performance ever.
