Polestar and Meizu terminate cooperation

According to documents disclosed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Polestar has signed a termination framework agreement with Meizu, terminating their business cooperation in China and Polestar has taken back the distribution rights in the Chinese market. According to the agreement, the two parties agreed to transfer certain digital assets and other assets so that Polestar can resume sales, customer service and distribution activities in China.
