Farasis Energy officially changes ownership

Farasis Energy announced that the company had received a notice from Farasis Hong Kong on April 14 that the share transfer of Farasis Hong Kong, Ganzhou Fuchuang and Hengjian Industrial Control New Energy has been completed, with a total of 61,105,195 shares transferred. After the completion of this share transfer, the voting rights ratio of Industrial Control Group and its persons acting in concert is 16.1550%, while the voting rights ratio of Farasis Hong Kong and its persons acting in concert is 11.1454%. This means that Farasis Energy has officially changed hands, Guangzhou Industrial Control Group has officially become the controlling shareholder of Farasis Energy, and the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government has become the actual controller of Farasis Energy.
