BMW's new generation pushes local production principles to new heights

BMW's new generation takes its primary production principle of "local for local" to new heights in response to the current trade war. In Debrecen, Hungary, pre-series production of the new generation has already begun. BMW is working to build a comprehensive local parts production network to protect its most important projects from geopolitical risks.
