Chinese ride-hailing platform Caocao Chuxing gets approval to list in Hong Kong

On April 18, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission officially approved the overseas listing filing application of CaoCao Inc. The company plans to be listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and intends to issue no more than 192 million common shares. As a travel platform incubated by Geely Group, CaoCao Travel has mainly provided online car-hailing, ride-sharing and vehicle rental services since its establishment in 2015.
