Nexperia issues statement on origin of Chinese customer products

Nexperia recently released a statement on the origin of Chinese customers' products. According to the latest "non-preferential rules of origin", the relevant Chinese authorities have clarified the criteria for determining the origin. Nexperia stated that the assembly and testing of its discrete devices are completed in China and other Asian countries, while the wafer production of integrated circuits is located in Europe and/or China and other Asian countries. Therefore, the Chinese government's tariffs on semiconductor equipment originating from the United States will not affect Nexperia products.
