Hebei Tongguang Technology's silicon carbide single crystal substrate project completed

Hebei Tongguang Technology Development Co., Ltd. has completed a project to produce 70,000 silicon carbide single crystal substrates annually. The total investment in the project is nearly 390 million yuan, and it will be officially put into trial operation in March 2025.
